I dont think anyone or any watchdog will do anything or even look into this because seems penny stocks are a buyer beware kinda thing. Like tossing the dice at the craps table. You could hit it big but if not you should really be using money you can afford to lose and not feel it . Thats the perfect world but we all know people really get hurt but the powers that be dont give a 2 cents worth . They have bigger fish to fry or so they sat. If yiu want to see screwed shareholders look at the Sandridge bankruptcy a few years ago. One month their statements say they are worth 13 billion or so in assets and proven reserves and the next month they say they cant run because they arent worth a few million or so and the BK courts in Texas didnt give a damn just approved it all and the management made out like bandits .Now thats a screwing.
