Let's not confuse the investigation with a possible GNBT/NGIO Merge. As far as the investigation, Joe clearly indicated there is an investigation & his silence is because of it. Joe indicated he's not going to do anything to violate the investigation because it's gotten more serious (Joe statement in regards to that, "he's not going to jail"
. Is there a second thing going on like merging GNBT & NGIO? Who knows. I'm not sure how that type of merger works when NGIO is a sub of GNBT. Is the possible "merger" only being done because of the NUGX fiasco?
