If Generex merging into NUGX is a true news .. without getting into technicalities - looks like it is good plan as they don’t have to deal with getting NUGX and GNBT one by one into Nasdaq .. If they are already close to getting NUGX Onto Nasdaq - this move will increase NUGX valuation and get listed at a higher price right?
