Jeff67 is right about how hard it is to build a commercial organization - that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t ever do it but it would be tough to do out of the gate.
The IT systems alone are daunting and expensive. - you also need contracting resources and compliance team members.
Don’t forget the global aspects.
Partnering to get liftoff for the first few indications would be helpful - they choose to build or sell once a big revenue base is established.
IMO
