Earnings was a 2 which isn't surprising as they are starting to take off. 25% of that weighting is Dividend. No SaaS tech company like Verb at this stage would pay a dividend. You would want to reinvest your money into growth. Earnings Quality was a 10 which is the highest you can get.
But BWers will twist the information to fit their agenda "Oh Rory promised a Dividend! Whaaaaa...."

It makes no sense to me to comp against these companies. Small start up software companies that recently went public would be ideal.
What is even more interesting is the company that used to put out these reports, Blackstone Group LP is the only one that is listed that sherts Verb. Not a lot of shares, but is it possible their positions in companies influences their reporting service, eh?

It is a subsidiary of London Stock Exchange Group after a US$27 billion dollar sale from previous owners Blackstone Group LP which held a 55% stake and Thomson Reuters which owned 45%.
