re: eviction ... maybe they were slumlords ... maybe Joe was trying to negotiate some COVID rent break ... who knows. Clearly, Joe could've paid the rent with some shares. It wasn't worth it to him. I'd rather Joe put the money into Generex and work out of his basement for a few months anyway. We are at ~122m OS ... that's nothing. Tomorrow is another OS update.
