1) There is a reason that we haven't heard anything for 5 months... Until we know what that reason is, any negative connotations is purely speculation.

3) The dispute and subsequent eviction goes back further that this recent eviction and hasn't been resolved so any reason for the eviction that is thought as negative is also purely speculation.
4) NUGX isn't affiliated with Generex and was listed originally by a third party that is being investigated... NUGX going to the Expert Market has just as much negative connotations for GNBT as any other non-affiliated company going to the Expert Market... NGIO is the stock that we are waiting on IPO.
Is that specific enough for you to hold your horses? Again... let's keep this board positive until we get ACTUAL knowledge (i.e., news in an 8K, 10K, 10Q, etc.)... we can't afford the negativity as a company, investor group, etc.
