Nobody please talk about squirrels. I hate squirrels. I have two full time havahart traps set all the time with peanuts as bait. The squirrels I catch in the live trap… I take to the local park 5-6 miles away and release them. That’s 34 squirrels trapped in the past 3 years. Get rid of one family and another moves in. I have walnut trees and a bunch of different fruit trees and them damn squirrels are really just fuzzy tailed rats. They harvest everything and are my nemesis on my property. The population around my place is just terrible. I dwindle them down to an amount that I get about 10-20% of the harvestable crop on my land. They get the rest… pesky damn squirrels…
