So...Brian McGee has told me and others, he is not familiar with the current goings on at the company.
I sent him an email suggesting he call an emergency board meeting so he and the other directors can get up to speed. I don't expect them to know the day to day operations but considering all the questions:
IND status
Vaccine trial status here and in China
SEC filings being more than fashionably late
Management MIA
PPS at 7 pennies
Richard Purcell potentially leaving
BOD not receiving the FoGaN letter
Altucell flying the coop in search of funding
Loss of corporate HQ
I could go on but...
