Skipper, much respect to you my friend, but I have a firm opinion as well. There is absolutely no excuse for not keeping up to date on SEC filings, in this case specifically the 2 10Ks. No finger pointing, no crying about the governments around the world, because no excuses at all make sense. That is the root of our massive problems causing a complete destruction of shareholder value.
And that failure lays at Joe’s and the “entire” BOD’s feet, as much as I always support him and them. I see unacceptable levels of failure. This has gone on too long and at some point we may see Gnbt on the Expert Market (worthless stock.) I’ve supported Generex way too long to watch this level of decay. I texted this to Joe early this morning:
“Unfortunately, with the company not filing 10k reports they get moved to otcbb expert market and become worthless to shareholders.”
I didn’t receive a response, which didn’t surprise me considering you can’t just to one shareholder. Craig Eagle, Brian McGee, Andy Anderson, etc this is on you as much as management. Right this ship immediately to meet fiduciary responsibilities and PROTECT shareholders.
