You are right about that. As someone who started their IT career back in the 70's with a Radio Shack TRS-80 Model II I can testify that "A lot has changed over the years"
Of course I was only talking about the "TV" as I identify a TV. A big screen in the corner of the room.
But you are correct about the term "TV." I use my cell phone to cast it contents up to the Big Screen TV.
I used my TV as a monitor.
Funny about your kids, my wife is the same. I bought her a big monitor but she never uses it but instead watches on her small Mac screen. Or lays on the couch watching on her small screen cell Phone. But I still love my 55" OLED with Dolby Atmos.
Found it surprising that 95% have mobile devices in their hand while watching TV. But guess what. I do most of the time. Gee, wonder how life is going to be when this Metaverse happens. You are born and they put a VR goggle on you and you live your whole life as an Avatar.
Anyway, I sure wish this share price would go up!
