DD coming in for a smooth landing....
Company I follow by the name of GOFF on twitter today said, there Form 10-12G was accepted by the sec. That form was filed on September 27th. They have been fairly silent since it was filed. IF WE filed a Form 10-12G and IF WE filed it the week of October 4th, than that means we could be approved sometime the week of November 29th or the week of December 6th. LET ME BE CLEAR, this is all speculative, no one knows for sure IF Doc filed or WHEN he filed. SO PLEASE, do not use these dates as any definitive timeline or date for when news may or may not come out.
Form 10 registration statements become effective sixty days after the initial filing date regardless of whether there are outstanding SEC comments.
I also found out today, Form 10-12G can be filed confidentially based on another company's press release(for those who want to check my work name of the company is NYSE: SWI).
