I agree with most of everything you said to and regarding the DD. I wasn't stating we are a shell or insinuating we were a shell.
With all respect, I know UNVC is not a shell but some people still dont believe till they see proof aka in the financials. So to the point of the DD was to speculative assume that doc is working behind the scenes to form the conglomerate or has already formed the conglomerate based on the form 144 filing.
I do completely agree, right now good portion of this is out of docs hands and into paper pushers hands.
