Updates x 2 - November 17: "HAREHOLDERS UPDATES: Sometime early part next week, we will be posting several updates on our TOKENS and the distribution to our shareholders...However, in the meantime , I wanted to address a common question that our shareholders send to me.
I just wanted to make several things perfectly clear, and address several "Fake news" and wrong posts from people who DO NOT know the compliance rules, and process. SO....
FINRA did NOT denied our request for issuing a "STOCK" Dividends. We are just going through a process, that is very common with "corporate actions" that are governed by FINRA. We just have to answer a lot of questions, because its like "awarding" free money to our shareholders and FINRA IS in business to "protect" and support the shareholders of public companies. They just want to ensure that they go through a lengthy protocol. Its similar with most of the other "corporate actions" that we move forward, and FINRA is fine with us. In the past, we had 2 CEO's , and one of them created an issue that was not correct and it took me several years to set everything to good standing", and We have passed the SEC and FINRA "in compliance" test with a September 30th , 2021 deadline. So to be clear. We have NOT been rejected by FINRA. Our "record date" is still "on their record" and we did pay all the fees for filings with them on Dividends. Now, we will work through the process, and "award" our shareholders. NOTE: We also, have been issuing the TOKENS as dividends and we "credit" all our shareholders by "paying the dividends" via our TOKENS using the formula as if the PRPM shareholders already received their shares and are NOW ALSO getting their tokens against those shares. SO NO, NO ONE will miss out on their DIVIDENDS and no one will be left behind. Shareholders can email support@blackdracos.com for assistance with their account to receive their TOKENS dividends."

We have a system and a process. The process is , go to WWW.BLACKDRACOS.IO and follow the instructions. I post this, because we are still getting a lot of shareholders who are NOT filling out the form at www.blackdracos.io and are trying to simply send their account information to a lot of our associates , employees, and myself. So please , follow the steps and you'll see that you'll get your tokens just fine. There is also a Discord group on telegram with our shareholders who are also helping others with the registration."
