That no ‘public updates’ (including to shareholders) are forthcoming is one thing. However, I am certain that the respective BODs and the various subsidiaries are being kept abreast of circumstances or word would have leaked out by now.
I cannot imagine the hell that would break loose if it turned out that Todd’s vague but optimistic guidance was later determined to be deliberately misleading. I don’t see that happening. Todd seems to be too good a guy to operate with that level of dishonesty.
There’s clearly something up with NUGX or it would not have become nearly valueless. It would be nice to at least know what this turn of events means.
For now, in the face of such ambiguity, I’m not selling. We’ll just have to see.
