This is extremely interesting and unexpected. That means all those shares sold and the decline was triggered by people spooked by a missed 10K (and maybe reports of eviction notices). It could mean the company is going dormant or dead … but I take this as a great sign … if they were in trouble the rate of dilution would’ve been increasing as SP decreased but the opposite happened (see charts on FoGaN). And compared to other companies GNBT has been downright stingy with its dilution. This means to me that revenue, Bintai or China is starting to come in. The trend changed with the Malaysia PR. And again in October when Joe said the Excellagen fill and finish would be complete for next batch.
As an aside prop to Joe … early on he said we would need more than one vaccine and that 90% would fail … well so far 100% failed … and GNBT has another 8 months to get their vaccine out the door.
