I appreciate your post an awful lot. When you take

When I had the idea for the FoFaN Facebook group, to be honest I saw this decline coming although I did not expect it to get this bad. I had the gut feeling Joe had started losing perspective. How he treated several long term investors, two especially, gave me pause to think as objectively as I could about how he was coping. During my 30 years of patient care, I developed a pretty good sense of reading people. It was clear something had changed. Certainly the official company silence played a role. As did the unusual social media posts. Once the FoGaN group became organized, we decided to reach out to Generex via the letter. I cannot thank tc and Builit enough for their contributions to writing the letter, those who agreed to the content and especially, those who signed. Everyone has been complimentary of the letter's content, stating it is fair, professional and not really threatening in nature. A few would have liked it to be more agressive. The letter was sent to the management teams and BOD's of both GNBT and NGIO. We included the general email boxes and Todd Falls. No response was provided by anyone. It wasn't until I reached out again at the deadline Todd Falls contacted me. Not Joe, the CEO. Todd's message was the same as everyone else(to my knowledge) has gotten.
Phrases like: we have plenty to talk about, we are being prevented from discussing, everyone on the team is still onboard, making progress in everything we have discussed were used over and over. He even said, news could come at anytime, maybe even tomorrow. So... I had some optimism and the FoGaN decided to wait and see if anything happened, expecting something relatively soon. Clearly we were wrong. Here we are many weeks later with silence and 2 filings that are more than fasionably late. Delinquent in fact.
Perhaps, this would be a good time for those who have been on the fence to join the FoGaN group. Yes, I know it is a pain to join FB. Yes, you have to disclose your name, alias as well as prove your share count to be a member. This keeps down the likelihood of having YMB types showing up. Why join? Together we have a stronger voice than we have individually. What is the FoGaN going to do next? That is yet to be decided which means you can have a voice in how we move forward. Is legal action a possibility? I hate that thought having seen the destruction caused by the 13d group in Cytodyn's case. Having said that we are at less than 7 cents. Not much further it can go. NUGX is at .0005. What shares we have(yes, I know they were "free" and also shouldn't be trading...) are worthless.
I wonder what the folks at Altucell and Regentys are thinking.
Even if you don't join do as rjs asks. Reach out to the team members and directors at GNBT and NGIO. Consider this a... if you don't vote you don't get a say...situation.
