I was inspired reading a letter to the BOD by the

Everyone should. We are the shareholders and WE are the ones that deserve respect. Generex was lucky in the following they had going back to 2004 until recently. That following actually was the shareholders doing. Digi and Gigilo with Lasagnamaker and ChachiNYC rounded up many to a new site from the idiotic yahoo. I joined and basically was the only one running it as we grew from 15 to 3,000 members.
Generex news would happen, we’d all jump on YMB, Twitter, or anything and direct all to DigitalTradz. I’d be able to see who logged on- 40 people with their alias, in minutes it’s 100 people, then 900, 1300, 2400 etc. Anna would write to me out of nowhere that no one listens to her, they listen to me. I was shocked. I say that because Joe, as much as I respect him, didn’t set up this support that Generex had before he arrived. And no disrespect to any he earned. “We” did that as a group far before he heard of Generex. No me but “we”.
Remember the old site? “Upcoming Events” “”Ii-Key Peer Reviews” on and on that I’d set up, but we all would participate in? The energy was actually better then. Back then, I wrote a rather angry email to Nola Masterson making a harsh point by point of why I was upset with corporate direction under Mark F and that her stock sales are unacceptable. She resigned a day after receipt.
Dr Anderson, after numerous phone calls of me not appreciating silly acquisition strategies, flew to nyc to meet me for a couple hours before flying home. Andy, I’m calling and mad. I’ll fly to you.
My point, as I see with Doc, Buildit and TC with the “Friends” group, is we have power. The current state is beyond unacceptable. And the BOD has a fiduciary duty that I don’t see being met. Dr Craig Eagle is as useless as Dr Gerry Bernstein in overseeing corporate behavior. They’re intelligent guys, just not really interested or vigilant in protecting shareholders.
And personally, that’s all that matters to me- the shareholders. I don’t care about excuses.
