Today I called that number and spoke to a couple people who really dug into this while I was put on hold several times. They had no idea who Health Resources Inc is and they confirmed that they are the PBM (Pharmacy Benefits Manager) for UNA. They also said they are SS&C (I think this is the right spelling).
Note the HHRI card says "Powered by: United Networks of America" and "Compliments of Health Resources Inc"
