Regardless of the date doc filed the 144, he has 90 days to get the price up to 2-3 dollars at least. Otherwise he'll never be able to get enough money from stocks sales to purchase the clinics. Not at .07 selling 23 million shares. That math will never work. So it's in EVERYBODY'S best interest to get this thing in the big dollar range, including doc's!
