Nader would not have them submit if he knew the massive amount of problems still left and the potential of an RTF. With timelines Nader had previously given based on what Amarex was saying we know Amarex was more than willing to lie to Cytodyn. Most likely is that Amarex minimized what was left to do and Nader's email is based on that.
