There's a lot to unpack on the potential implications it has on FudgeHole and some of it's regular paid and unpaid packers
Many stocks would likely be better off, once the FTC starts ringing up their cash register on $43,792 posts. Maybe all that money they make can be put to better use?
The FTC pretty much shutdown RagingBull so do they have their sites aimed at FudgeHole?
The funny thing about RagingBull was, at least you could take the name of the actual site a few ways so you had the heads up there was BS, but that doesn't matter in the FTC's eyes. They don't take kindly to people trying to dupe investors.

On Oct 13th, the FTC sent a Notice of Penalty Offenses to more than 700 companies for fake, misleading or deceptive posts that they could incur significant civil penalties—up to $43,792 per violation .
On Oct 26th the FTC sent another Notice of Penalty Offenses that can trigger large civil penalties for companies from multi-level marketers to providers of “gig” work
"The Federal Trade Commission is putting more than 1,100 businesses that pitch money-making ventures on notice that if they deceive or mislead consumers about potential earnings, the FTC won’t hesitate to use its authority to target them with large civil penalties."
Oh, once again that is up to $43,792 per violation. Post volitions 10 times has up to a measly $430K in penalties.
500 violations would be more that the entire market cap of FudgeHole
