It's a cleaver idea. It's not an annoying chatbot that pops up on many websites and then you can connect to the next person available on a support desk. You actually can connect to the person that sent the email. Imagine if Rory sent you an email and then it said he's online and click here if you want to connect?
Beyond investors that already know the features, people will be shocked that it's a video conference and you can actually see the person. Every sales person that no longer gets on airplanes will love this feature.
I can speak from my business experience when I am looking at things, I wouldn't mind speaking to a rep, but what I don't really want to do schedule something later and fill up my calendar as other priorities will likely popup during the week. Nor do I want to get 10 email asking me if I have 15 minutes. I'll speak to you when my interest is 'peaked'.
Even more good news...
Latest short interest reports it went up and now 5,148,375 shorted shares!

Given the number of institutions that already own Verb along with insiders and long share holders, that is a nice recipe for fried shorts.
Let's see, pre earnings, Verbmail corporate announcement, earnings calls, a few conferences, VerbGmail, marketplace, VerbTV all coming up...
Pretty scary for shorts...
They are going to blow out a Jumbo o-ring on this one
