Over on Reddit Rosenbaum's son is trying to offer a $100 million financial deal to Cytodyn. They purposely push the vote on additional shares forward by a month by withholding proxies while trying to cut some godawful financial deal. Screw those POS scumbags, may they all rot in hell.
