Craig...your characterization of "much ado" is nothing to make a fuss about "scurrying around to see if votes were counted or not will not change anything"...is patently wrong and coming from a lawyer no matter his frame of expertise plays into the hands of those that would do us harm...It would have people thinking they voted when it is possible their vote DIDN'T count.
I DIDN'T speak of conspiracies...I simply said DUE DILIGENCE is called for in this matter.
For the few who have responded here,..on this message board there have been reported some irregularities...between what they believed they did and what in fact happened...
WHAT about the FORTY thousand-odd investors...who believe they did the right thing????...IS it possible the count was mitigated/jeopardized...or dare I say... have you become the lawyer...judge and jury.
