Much ado about nothing. Scurrying around to see if votes were counted or not will not change anything. The vote is over for the next month and whether it was the incompetence of current management to get the proxies out in time or anything else, it had just better not happen again. I don't think there is any conspiracy here, just...dare I say...more mismanagement.
