AGREED...the short window (no pun intended) definitely did not help voting results...I didn't wait for voting packages...I went online like many and got the "thanks for voting declaration"...I don't trust the mail for such important things...Voted for ALL...especially noting 200M share request.
Folks need to be reminded... that the shares to management... were shares to BUY...and not Gifts as some might think...they could buy later....in options... what we can buy today...cheaper.
