I can’t find a non-bashed version of what Amarex

I can’t find a non-bashed version of what Amarex’s response is, but is it only that Nader told Amarex to file the BLA before it was done? I would assume Cytodyn knows the sequence of events very well and filed a lawsuit against Amarex knowing this email existed. I can say that what lead to this email is a string of claims by Amarex would have the BLA done but failed to do so, putting Nader in a bad spot. I think there is a lot more to this. Why would Amarex stop work, do sloppy work and risk their reputation? Why would cytodyn sue them and stop payment if it were not for not doing what they were being paid for? An email from Nader directing To purposely file the BLA knowing it was not right is very bad, especially when it was purely because of investors pressure to meet a timeline. I hope all the investors that continually judge Nader by missed timelines see what happens when calendars are put before doing the right job.
