Somebody wrote that the shares both Nader and Scott might receive only happen with a approval of some kind. Only laid out for success. So I would say don’t worry about it. When we get an approval in the next 6 months. I would be happy to reward our executive team. In the big scheme of things. Its not a big deal.
We need to support our management with their business plan to continue to progress the company. If you don’t vote the 200m shares because of some stupid reason as compensations. Then your cutting your own throat. You and others that see it that way will bankrupt our company and everyone loses.
Do you know who doesn’t lose? The one with the plan to bankrupt our company all along. That would be the 13s group who is the one with all this BS trying to get shareholders to not authorize the shares.
Why would they still care? What’s their motivation to bankrupt Cytodyn. They have to have a back door deal with someone who will swoop in and buy Leronlimab on clearance or as Dr Yo said… liquidation after a bankruptcy.
So the big plan all along if the 13d group was to gain control of the company was to bankrupt Cytodyn. The plan is still the same and they are working hard writing tons of posts to convince you to cut your own throat. I believe investors are smarter than cutting their own throat and will vote to fund our company so we can complete our trials. But there will be those that are pulled in to believe these lies. All I can say is to wake up and look at what you get when you bankrupt our company based on these 13d lies. Think about what our company needs to continue to operate and vote accordingly.
I personally voted yes or “FOR” across the board and on all the items on the agenda including the most important item being the 200m shares. We absolutely need funds to continue… just be smart and fund our company for your own good and smart investing choices.
