I am curious why 13D still have the stage and when that is taken away meaning CYDY does not need to send out these SEC filings.
While I personally agree that the 200M shares are needed, I also feel that more that $4million options to NP is too much. It is more that 1/2 percent of the company.
We need to sell shares to people who will give the company money not send millions of shares to execs at this time (unless they are performance based - Both results and timeframe)
