"There is still substantial risk because they may not get the waiver from the SEC to do the listing which we all know will transform the companies (both GNBT and NGIO). I believe that they will and sooner than everyone thinks, then after that it is 3-4 weeks for the IPO to get done. So we are looking at October. "
