The problem is that Joe has always over-promised and underperformed. He does not want to be caught in that scenario anymore as that is what probably created many of the problems. I work in this industry and I was at one point the third largest individual shareholder in the company when there were far fewer shares (I am not going to explain why but maybe someone in this post will figure it out). There is still substantial risk because they may not get the waiver from the SEC to do the listing which we all know will transform the companies (both GNBT and NGIO). I believe that they will and sooner than everyone thinks, then after that it is 3-4 weeks for the IPO to get done. So we are looking at October.
