1) You do remember that Joe mentioned on here several times that every PR costs the company $5k (??), or at least several thousand USD.
2) You do remember as well that the company currently does not seem to have any other choice than diluting the shareholdervalue at a rate of 30k shares/day, meaning they are very low on capital, and I am pretty sure that you would be one of the first to criticize the company for blowing a 4 figure number of USD (and thus a 5 figure number of shares) for "fluff news"
3) as stated before, I do not, by any means, believe that the company does NOT have any good news to share with us. I strongly believe that they are forced by "a higher authority" (SEC or alike) to still keep quiet for whatever reason there is.
4) So it is either that they fulfill your wish and publish fluff news and lose any chance, e.g. (and let me emphasize again, I am just making this up, as I still don't know anything more than you or anybody else on this board, except for Krilac maybe, does) to ever have the NGIO IPO or get GNBT itself uplisted (one day/eventually), or to remain silent for as long as this might take, work with that authority together, and then going public with the EARTHSHATTERING NEWS, that e.g. now the road is cleared for that NGIO IPO, and that it will happen, still sometime this year.
5) If 3)+4) would be true, then they are currently acting in all of us shareholder's best interest in keeping their mouths shut and remain in CompleteSilence. And again in this case, they are NOT AT ALL IGNORING us, and thus cannot be considered disrespectful, by any means possible.
6) Any brief statement just to inform the public, that they are under investigation by e.g. SEC would probably be considered a breach of the ordered silence already. And even if not, such a statement would raise just a few additional eyebrows and stir up the uncertainty and confusion among the shareholders.
7) So any such statement would cost additional money and is not going to help us the slightest little bit further. The fact that they are still alive and working on "their stuff" should be clear from Todd Falls email that "hoops" shared with us yesterday. To me this is sufficient information to leave them alone and continue with working together with that authority to get this order of silence lifted ASAFP and then to come out of their closet again, and show that "the cat is still alive and kicking".
