I get what you are saying about due process & not caving in to popular opinion. Totally agree.
But I do not recall you advocating for a change in leadership prior to 13d. Imho, prospects are 10x better now. Iwas a little frustrated myself before 13d. If they had went about their business in a professional & respectful manner ( I know that's funny coming from me) I would have listened. But they did not. Some have stated that you can't measure another's intentions. True, but when what they say & what they do consistently does not match, there is much room for doubt.
The main reason for the reply was Brazil trials. Yes, they will be a homerun. Current management is willing to gamble on it. 13d is not willing to gamble that trials will fail. Hence, they sent proxy material out way in advance. Why not wait 'til interim analysis yields " nothing in particular" which would seal the deal for 13d? If enrollment is too slow for interim, that would be a 13d win. Why are they afraid to wait? That is the reason I do not read their crap & threw their proxy material in the trash unopened.
They contend that they want to help me the shareholder. I have been feeling that for a couple of months. Wreck my car & say you were helping me drive.
They say that they are altruistic & just want to ensure that LL saves lives. They want to help. I can help my neighbor work on his car without stealing it.
