It does not seem to be a tough decision for most. But I have to say, I have done well in my life not following. I find value in independent thought, evaluation and questioning everything. I don't see this as clear cut.

I don't mind the flak at all.

It certainly has the potential to be. But we will have to get the data to be sure. Brisk enrolment will be very helpful.

While I will continue to learn, up until I have to make my decision, I will say that I am leaning against the 13D presently and soley for these reasons:

1) A management change will slow things down
2) We have no idea who they will nominate as CEO
3) There is no way to know their intentions. (the constant statements that they are going to drain the resources and F us seem to be based in fear and not on any evidence)
