Diddy: With all due respect, they denied intending to have cydy buy IncellDX a number of times. I'll remind you that Misiu reported that she and a friend both heard Rosenbaum say they WOULD do that on an early virtual meeting. And she also said that Patterson said "CYDY and IncellDX to the moon". I trust her and therefore believe they are proven liars.
They also dodged her questions about who in the 13D group were connected to IncellDX for months. Then only recently when forced to divulge it in court proceedings did they come clean about the loan arrangements. Some of them have thrown shade on current management on message boards while incognito.
They've thereby proven themselves to be devious and untrustworthy when dealing with us. Maybe that doesn't illuminate what they'd actually do if they were in control, but it sure as hell doesn't lead me to believe they have my best interests at heart! I don't trust them at all!
