Could of done both… why not? It’s not like he would of had to fly there and it’s most likely just a zoom meeting. I would suspect it was just being present online while Chiral does the talking to the regulators.
If Nader said regulators and I know he did because I caught that too. Then maybe something is cooking that we will find out in due time. Then again Nader could of slipped but it doesn't sound like Nader and making a actual mistake. When everything Nader says is pretty much gospel. Unlike them lying bastards in the 13d group… really hating those guys… lol
