Because Patterson not only tried to steal the company's rights to their drug by patenting it, he also now admits that he tried to foist off Incell -- which has a realistic value of exactly $10 million -- onto Cytodyn for $350 million. And admits that he then lied about the asking price.

And then, to boot, a whole bunch more people with interest in Incell have now been found to be behind the 13ders. The entire attempt to overturn the management of CYDY now looks like an Incell project. How do we unload this damn company for a 35x profit? It is, simply put, a scam.
