Sure. What's not to like? A guy tries to sell his company to CYDY for much more than it's worth, then says on the 13D phone call that the 350 million figure he was asking wasn't actually 350 million.
The same guy who filed his own patent on CYDY's product, despite having evidently signed a work-for-hire contract that gives him zero, zip, nada, nothing in the way of intellectual property rights.
The guy who's in bed with the same people who nearly destroyed the company before, including the guy who slow-walked a clinical trial to the point that he finally got fired....
And, of course, the guy who says that just because he owns and runs the company, he doesn't really own the stock because, well, he didn't get around to doing the transfer of ownership.
Yeah, that sounds like a guy who deserves a fan club. Yep.
How about calling it "The Masochist's Investment Club -- our motto: go ahead, take all our money"
