Fascinating - you can take time to make more unsupported assertions, but cannot take the time to reveal your sources, or where it was that you conducted your DD and uncovered these little gems you are pumping.
Constant attack by...employees and hedge funds? Really? Again, we have heard these same excuses over and over (somebody else's fault).
What is the basis for your statement that Joe "has learned from his past mistakes"? How about "wants to deliver before making an announcement"? Are you making the statement that there is no "quiet period" that is operating as a gag to company communications? If
so, they say it outright, and stop playing games. And if there is no quiet period in play, then saying that Joe is waiting to deliver before making an announcement means that he has not delivered on any of the initiatives/goals, Excellagen, Bintai, AZ, etc., etc., etc.Just using your logic.
"I predict we should know something within a week...". This is the other mantra, "wait a little bit longer." Shareholders have been waiting a little bit longer for 3+ years, and for our patience, we have received a SP that is a small fraction of what it was then.
"They received all the files as requested and hopefully they will grant the company an exemption." How do you know this? Are you passing along the substance of your chats with Moscato?
