DocJ---I do not know who is behind the NUGX listing but I suspect that it was one of the former investors who got left in the dust because their terms were so outrageous (Remember the deal with the 5 categories of warrants)- these hedge funds are vultures and not real investors and I wish that their usurous essentialy risk free practices would be terminated by the regulatory bodies . But I am not sure about who is behind the NUGX listing which has basically screwed over every owner including myself .

There has been constant attack on this company by disgruntled employees and hedge funds. This is in part due to management --ie Joe's personality and no I am very certain that they are not dis-honnest as some people have claimed. I think they have taken on to much and now they must focus on the important tasks at hand. They have had regulators up their you know what because of Joe's behavior.

I believe that he has learned from his past mistakes and as such wants to deliver before making an announcement

I was one of the three largest owners (I am still one of the biggest owners incidentally and no I am not planning on dumping anything) --I have been long the company at much higher levels (ie 2.50) and I predict that we should know something within a week about the SEC's investigation. They received all the files as requested and hopefully they will grant the company an exemption.
