All the hospitals in my area are under staffed rig

All the hospitals in my area are under staffed right now, it’s horrible on top of it in two weeks the mandates kick in for vaccines next week. I was just told this. They are going to cut a lot of support staff. Covid or not they are screwed either way.

Crazy when you talk about shortages in critical careers like this. My work is mandatory 16 hour shifts right now for some shifts.
