Sorry ER. Your picture is only one place. I have talked to people and can take a picture of our local hospitals(3 of them) that look like--what are we doing here--10 nurses to 1 patient.
The biggest thing is to not assume that everywhere is full--or everywhere it slow.
I have no doubt that places are VERY full with no room in the ICUs, but i would agree with MoonShot, our regional hospitals in the upper midwest are not full and it is easy to get an appointment/procedure.
If i had to guess, the full is CA, FL, NY, NJ the empty is NE, IA, MN, WI, CO and so many of the so called fly over states.
