Very well stated! The only thing missing in your assessment was that the principal is a convicted criminal who served time in prison for fraud. Sadly, we were all victims of his deceit and fell prey to his avarice and greed. Our losses are real...as is the certainty that he will be in prison again in the future. His delay tactics with the courts will be successful to some degree...but it is only a matter of time before they run out and he is back in the hole.
