The end of an era for many non reporting pinks and otc's. This was my first otc play before i knew hardly anything about the market in general, just loved technology and saw the opportunity for Ultraflix to become big. I remember when UF first got the movie Interstellar and its superior quality was reviewed by Mark Henninger on avsforums, that was exciting stuff! Unfortunately management was just never able to keep the A list movies coming and obviously make any real money to become a big player in the streaming arena. I will eventually take a big loss on this but I learned that a company needs to follow through on its promises and most importantly actually report revenue and stay away from toxic loans. To anyone still here believing this had anything to do with "the shorts", it absolutely did not. Longs that posted here daily about the shorts and short interest only helped the misinformed like myself continue to hold on to a dying dream. A company has to report revenue, stay current on filings, and avoid toxic funding. NTEK did not do those things. Cheers to anyone who had a similar experience, there's always a new play out there and we live and learn!
