doc - unfortunately, one need only look at the history of the CEO in terms of other companies/entities in which he has been involved over the years, and also those colleagues whom he held close. Craig Eagle and Jason Terrel, both were involved in Quantum LifeSciences, an earlier, apparently failed enterprise with Moscato at the helm (born/incorporated 2016, died/last activity. 2017 - RIP). Last news I thought I saw on the leadership front here was that Craig Eagle was going to be CEO of NuGen. I blame myself for not doing a deeper dive into management before continuing to invest once Anna was out. Shame on me.
Too many unanswered questions now, and the company closely-guarded state secrets are being held by an apparently long-related cabal. Given where all of us who received those NuGen dividends are, I wonder what benefit it is to them for us to be locked into holding those shares indefinitely. Perhaps just keeping the wheel spinning long enough for them to squeeze out the last remaining domes and nickels...
