Here is what is concerning. Generex and NGIO are two different companies basically, so they can technically put out separate information. NGIO can put out information on the IND, the IPO, the deals, ect.. Generex can put out information on the MSOs, Excellegan, diabetics, etc..
Yet, neither one is putting out information. Two different companies are not putting out information.
They both stopped completely. There are SEC filings I believe on Generex that we still haven't heard anything on or the same with NGIO that are months old.
Joe as the CEO needs to be held accountable for all of these. As the term states, the buck stops 'here'. The buck stops with the CEO. Joe needs to address what is going on. It is that simple and he appears not to be willing to, which makes no sense.
The BOD is silent on any accountability in both cases. It's as if both companies just have completely created an internal wall of silence that no one wants to break concerning what is going on within.
