1) scheduling a meeting on a Labor Day Holiday at east coast dinner time - this makes no sense and could have been just a date pulled out if the air a while back without realizing it was a public holiday
2) Patterson being late - shows poor planning and lack of respect for the shareholders - it was his team that picked Labor Day
3) Some “leader”’ taking the conference call in the car - poor planning - it was 13d that picked day and time. This is not a good way to make a first impression at your meeting to say you have a good plan.
