When Jeffrey showed up on this board as 5%er, he made it very clear, in no uncertain terms, that the 13D gang didn't need us because they had plenty of support. I believe he was saying the same as the mod on Reddit. He stopped posting here within an hour or two of the lawsuit announcement because I assume their attorneys told him to STFU. And now he's on youtube saying he needs us. He no longer sounds confident to me. Perhaps he took another look at their support numbers.
I tried to watch the entire video but ended up fast forwarding it to get past the comments that I know are not true, like Rosenbaum saying there was never any intent or discussion to acquire IncellDX even though several people who attended their previous call said Rosenbaum himself commented that was their plan, and Bruce seconded it. After scanning the room of 5 faces on the video (Bruce, of course, was late), and the one in the car, I quit watching the call because I had heard enough. They can't spend months bashing and trashing current management and the sp, and then expect all to be forgiven by watching their call. If they had this call immediately after the 13D filing and not months after the trashing and bashing, it could have gained more traction. But most of us now feel we know enough about them, and they can't be trusted, and for good reasons given several of them have very sketchy pasts. I'm just hoping CytoDyn is successful with their lawsuit so that we can soon put this mess behind us and not have to wait until Oct 28 or later.
