Hate to call out Hulk, but his assertion that we should simply focus on one approval as opposed to defending ourselves in a legal battle, was asinine.
Your words, "To make the current management acquire a legal team and file suit. To spend more money. Their entire campaign has been about getting the company value down."
Is legal expense driven bankruptcy, the plan? The reason that won't work if it is, is ... ?
